Designed for the Crux Drop Riffle Sluice Mat system but compatible with any third party sluice mat under 1/2″ thick.
Install at the top of your sluice box to create a small boil box and control material to direct it over the leading edge of your mat system. Prevents water and material getting under your mats to optimize capture rates and prevent accidental mat washout.

Great invention
This unit creates a great transition between mats, even between different kinds of mats this is a great transition. I use it between one of the Crux mats and miners Moss Matt and it really helps keep the material out from between the two mats and from getting underneath the mats. If you haven’t watched any of this man’s videos either on his YouTube channel or another YouTube channels for fine gold you really should this man’s inventions are genius.
