Install at the top of your sluice box to create a small boil box and control material to direct it over the leading edge of your mat system. Prevents water and material getting under your mats to optimize capture rates and prevent accidental mat washout.

First 2 mats catch everything. Once those riffles start dancing you know they are set.
Ordered a larger custom highbanker and ill be using all crux mats cuz I know they work.
